CIVAR's accounting department provides comprehensive reporting of all income and expenses for your property. Accounts payable prioritizes the timely payment of recurring and non-recurring expenses associated with your property. Every invoice is reviewed thoroughly by our accounting staff and your property manager to ensure proper billing and payment to the appropriate parties. Strongly negotiated CAM fees are recorded and updated promptly in conjunction with the agreed upon lease terms. Accounts receivable records all payments upon receipt to your owner statement that will be sent to you monthly and easily accessible through your personalized owner portal. Tenants will also receive a monthly statement outlining their monthly fees and any additional charges that they may incur.
